이매진주 이용약관
이 안내는 위시클레이(Wishclay)가 제공하는 이매진주 게임과 관련 지원 서비스의 이용 조건을 설명해요. 문의는 hello@wishclay.com으로 보내 주세요.
1. 게임 이용
이매진주는 성인 이용자를 대상으로 한 동물 수집형 액션 게임이에요. 기기와 OS의 지원 여부, 테스트 참여 조건은 배포 안내에서 확인해 주세요. 앱 배포·계정 연결·스토어 이용에는 Apple 또는 해당 플랫폼의 이용 조건도 적용돼요.
2. TestFlight 베타
베타는 정식 출시 전 테스트 버전이에요. 오류나 중단이 발생할 수 있으며, 콘텐츠·밸런스·저장 방식과 테스트 제공 범위가 바뀔 수 있어요. 테스트가 끝나거나 빌드가 만료되면 해당 버전을 이용할 수 없어요. 베타 진행 기록과 아이템의 정식 서비스 이전은 보장되지 않아요. 중요한 변경은 배포 안내 또는 게임 내 안내를 확인해 주세요.
3. 계정과 저장
백엔드가 연결된 빌드는 익명 계정과 클라우드 저장을 사용해요. 지원되는 플랫폼 계정을 연결하면 저장 복구를 도울 수 있어요. 연결되지 않은 저장은 앱 삭제나 기기 변경 시 복구가 어려울 수 있어요. 다른 사람의 계정을 사용하거나 계정 정보를 넘겨 부정 이용하지 마세요. 계정과 저장의 삭제 범위는 개인정보 처리방침에서 확인할 수 있어요.
4. 아이템과 구입
게임 아이템은 게임 안에서 사용하는 콘텐츠예요. 상품 내용과 지급 조건은 구입 전 게임 화면에서 확인해 주세요. 무작위 보상은 확률 안내와 게임 내 표시를 확인해 주세요.
TestFlight에서 설치한 앱의 앱 내 구입은 Apple 샌드박스를 사용해요. 실제 요금이 청구되지 않으며, 베타 구입은 정식 App Store 버전으로 이전되지 않아요. 정식 서비스의 구입·환불 조건은 출시 시 상품 및 스토어 안내를 확인해 주세요. 실제 App Store 결제 관련 환불은 Apple의 절차가 적용돼요. Apple TestFlight 안내 · Apple 환불 안내
5. 함께 지켜 주세요
서비스를 손상시키는 행위, 자동화나 변조를 통한 부정 이용, 결제 위조, 다른 사람의 권리 침해는 하지 마세요. 문제의 조사와 서비스 보호를 위해 관련 기능이나 이용을 제한할 수 있어요. 이용 제한에 관한 문의는 고객지원으로 보내 주세요.
6. 게임 콘텐츠와 권리
게임 및 관련 콘텐츠의 권리는 위시클레이 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있어요. 권리자의 허락 없이 게임을 재배포하거나 자산을 추출해 별도 상품으로 판매하지 마세요. 이 약관은 이용자에게 법률상 보장된 권리를 제한하지 않아요.
7. 변경과 문의
이용 조건이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 날짜와 내용을 갱신하고, 이용에 중요한 변경은 게임 또는 배포 안내를 통해 알려드려요. 이용 및 분쟁에 관한 문의는 hello@wishclay.com으로 보내 주세요.

These terms describe use of ImagineZoo and related support provided by Wishclay. Contact hello@wishclay.com.
1. Using the game
ImagineZoo is an animal collection action game intended for adult players. Check the distribution information for supported devices, operating systems, and testing eligibility. Apple or the relevant platform's terms also apply to distribution, account linking, and store use.
2. TestFlight beta
The beta is a pre-release test version. Errors and interruptions may occur. Content, balance, save behavior, and test availability may change. An expired build or ended test may no longer be accessible. Transfer of beta progress or items to the production service is not guaranteed. Check build notes and in-game notices for important changes.
3. Accounts and saves
Backend-enabled builds use anonymous accounts and cloud saves. Linking a supported platform account can help recover a save. Unlinked progress may be difficult to recover after reinstalling or changing devices. Do not misuse another person's account or transfer account access for abusive purposes. See the privacy policy for deletion details.
4. Items and purchases
Game items are content for use within the game. Review product details and delivery conditions before purchase, and review the probability disclosure for random rewards.
In-app purchases in a TestFlight app use Apple's sandbox, do not charge real money, and do not carry over to the App Store version. 5. Fair use
Do not damage the service, abuse automation or modified clients, falsify purchases, or infringe others' rights. Related functionality or access may be restricted to investigate misuse and protect the service. Contact support with questions about a restriction.
6. Content rights
The game and its content belong to Wishclay or their respective rights holders. Do not redistribute the game or extract and sell its assets as a separate product without permission. These terms do not limit rights provided to you by applicable law.
7. Updates and contact
Changes to these terms will be reflected here with an updated date. Material changes affecting use will also be communicated through the game or distribution notices. For service questions or disputes, contact hello@wishclay.com.
