ImagineZoo Privacy Policy

Wishclay processes the information described below to provide ImagineZoo. This notice describes a backend-enabled, connected beta build. Feature availability depends on the build and connection status.

1. Information and purposes

• Accounts: a random local identifier, Firebase user ID, platform linking information such as Game Center, and a support code, for identification, recovery, and support.
• Game saves: progress, animals, uniforms, items, currencies, missions, and league scores; save timestamps and versions; device model, platform, and app version, for gameplay, cloud synchronization, and recovery.
• Purchases: store transaction and original transaction IDs, product, price, currency, time, environment such as Sandbox, account linking tokens, delivery, restoration, refund, and wallet ledger records, for verification, delivery, recovery, and prevention of duplicate grants.
• Analytics: user ID, app instance identifiers, device and app information, and gameplay events including tutorials, battles, growth, currencies, products, purchase outcomes, and settings, to understand use and improve the game.
• Diagnostics: user ID, installation identifiers, device, OS, app, memory and save version information, stage, mode, errors, stack traces, and related logs, to investigate crashes and bugs.
• Support: your email address, message, and information you choose to attach, to investigate and respond.

An account is initially created anonymously; the game does not require a separate email and password registration. Platform linking uses the platform and Firebase authentication services. Network, authentication, and app integrity information may be processed when connecting to services. The forest league uses fictional in-game teams. Its scores are part of your save; this feature is not a public real-player leaderboard.

2. Your collection setting

Send analytics is on by default. You can turn it off under Settings → Account. This stops new gameplay analytics events. The crash collection setting is applied on the next app launch, so fully close and reopen the app after changing it. This setting does not disable account, save, or purchase verification traffic, or automatically delete previously submitted information. Contact us about access or deletion requests. The game's analytics configuration denies ad storage, ad user data, and ad personalization; this does not disable all processing by the platform itself.

3. Service providers

Google LLC's Firebase and Google Cloud services handle authentication, cloud saves, server purchase verification and ledgers, service configuration, app integrity checks, analytics, and crash diagnostics. Apple handles TestFlight distribution and feedback, Game Center, and App Store transactions under its own policies. Firebase services may process information on overseas infrastructure depending on the service and configuration. This website is served by Cloudflare Pages. We have not added analytics scripts or advertising tools to it. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

4. Deletion and retention

Settings → Account → Delete data removes the local and cloud game save and Firebase sign-in account. Saved animals, uniforms, and gems are removed, and local account and analytics identifiers are reset. Deletion cannot be undone. The app requires server confirmation before removing local information. Follow retry instructions if an internet connection or cleanup is unavailable. Uninstalling the app does not delete a server account or cloud save.

Purchase verification, delivery, restoration, refund, and wallet ledger records remain after account deletion. They include account-linked transaction IDs, products, grant and refund records, and account linking tokens. These records are separate from the in-app deletion scope. Contact support to ask about retention or deletion. Deleting game data does not request an App Store refund.

Accounts and cloud saves are maintained during use and removed through the deletion procedure. Previously sent analytics and crash reports, provider backups, and support emails are not all immediately erased by the in-app button. Firebase applies its own removal processes. Google's published guidance says Crashlytics starts removing crash records and associated identifiers after 90 days; Authentication information is removed from live and backup systems within 180 days after account deletion is initiated. These are Google's service-specific statements, not retention periods for all game information. Google retention guidance

5. Your requests and contact

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or help with collection settings. Contact us if you cannot access the app or deletion does not finish. We may request the minimum information needed to verify account ownership. If a legal retention requirement applies, we will explain the relevant scope and reason.
